The 38th UNESCO General Conference adopted a new Recommendation on Adult Learning and Education, 2015. Of the one billion persons with disabilities worldwide, 150 million are children, according to the World Health Organization. This selection of papers provides perspectives and dialogue on inclusive education from around the world, defining the philosophical, political and educational implications.
